As of October 1, 2025, we will be changing our pension service provider: The current provider, Willis Towers Watson, will be replaced by Lurse. This change affects all users of the Vodafone pension plan and other pension commitments from Vodafone – including you, whether you are currently employed at Vodafone, already retired, or have left the company with vested rights.
What does this mean for you?
Lurse will take over all tasks related to your company pension scheme:
- Operation of the pension hotline
- Management of contributions and payments
- Pension accounting
- Provision of the employee portal
What stays the same?
- The pension plan website will remain available and continue to provide access to all information, contact details, and your personal account.
- Your existing entries for contributions or payments will be retained.
What’s new?
- The employee portal will have a new design, new login credentials, and will be operated by Lurse going forward.
- The email address and phone number of the Vodafone Pension Team will change as of October 1, 2025:

- If you are retired, you will receive an online account with a digital mailbox, through which future communication and pension accounting will take place.
Important notes on the transition
- From September 4 to 30, 2025, no changes can be made in the pension portal – this period is reserved for technical migration.
- Changes to salary conversion for the October payroll can likely be made in the new portal starting October 1.
- If you wish, you can enter your desired changes in the current portal before September 4 to avoid the input freeze.
How will you receive your login credentials for the new employee portal?
- For data protection reasons, active employees, early retirees, and retirees will receive their new login credentials by mail to their private address by October 1, 2025. Delivery will be in two separate letters: one with your username, and one with your password.
- Former employees with vested rights can proactively contact the Vodafone Pension Team at Lurse starting in October to request access credentials for the new portal. In most cases, we only have outdated address data, so credentials will only be sent upon request.
What do you need to do?
- Please log in to the new pension plan portal as soon as you receive your new access credentials.
